The client aimed to craft a modern, easy to maintain garden, prioritising privacy with contemporary fencing. Seeking to maximize outdoor living space, they planned decking areas for a smooth transition from the kitchen. The design envisioned distinctive zones and entertainment spaces to replace the expansive lawn, with sleek, modern grey aesthetics.
The Problem

Addressing a significant incline from the kitchen, they sought a non-slip, stylish solution. Prioritizing privacy, the goal was to make the garden more family-friendly, combining aesthetics with practicality to create an inviting outdoor haven.
The Solution
EnviroBuild's stone composite fencing was selected to bring privacy to the once open garden and helps to define the space . Stone composite decking with a granite border established two distinct areas. The first, a spacious deck off the kitchen, featured steps leading to the main garden, ensuring a secure and stylish transition. The raised platform created an inviting space for alfresco dining, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The darker granite border enhanced safety and added a modern touch. The second elevated deck provided a tranquil spot to relax, entertain, and fully appreciate the modern grey-themed garden design.
