Who Can Use This Service?
This service is dedicated exclusively to trade professionals in the construction and landscaping industries. It’s designed to streamline your order and collection process, ensuring you receive the materials you need efficiently.
Service Details
- Order Placement: Place your order remotely or in person.
- Collection Time: Your order will be ready for collection within just 2 hours.
- Hours of Operation: Orders can be placed Monday to Friday, between 9am and 2pm. The final collection time is at 4pm.
How It Works
- Call Ahead or Walk In: Notify us of your arrival by calling ahead or by ringing the bell at the trade counter door.
- Payment: Orders must be paid for using a debit or credit card; we cannot accept cash or purchase orders (POs) at the counter.
- Quick Collection: Collect your prepared order within 2 hours.

Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm, the showroom features our stunning EnviroBuild show garden, designed by an RHS award-winning designer.
